LikedWe absolutely loved our stay at Parallel Hotel, Udaipur! The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotless, with all the comforts you could ask for. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s location made exploring Udaipur easy while still being peaceful and quiet. Overall, the combination of comfort, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. The top floor restaurant was amazing!

DislikedThe breakfast could have a few more western style items on it but when we asked the chefs to prepare they did.

LikedIt’s new and it’s in a convenient location. Rooms, bathrooms and amenities are great.

DislikedHotel is almost great but it’s hampered by untrained staff specially on the reception side. Almost all the staff at the receptions seems to not know what they are doing , they don’t know how to smile or greet guest properly. Service at the reception is lacking and very very slow. Saw a few disgruntled guest complaining how slow they are during checkin and check out.

LikedIt is probably one of the most interesting facilities. Behind the modern façade is a piece of art that people with an eye for finesse and precision will notice. When you walk in, take a minute to look at the flooring pattern in the reception area and then I'm sure your perspective will change as to what went into creating this place. The floor to ceiling glass with a spectacular view from the suite was something to behold. Everything else like service was best in the class.

Dislikedcommunication over WhatsApp and booking.com could be improved. The demand for depositing advance payment using non-traditional means like bank transfer makes the average Western traveller a bit nervous

LikedBreakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and gym was well appointed.

DislikedOur room was underneath the kitchen which meant we could hear the setup of breakfast starting at 4AM.
