DislikedWent to town using the hotel shuttle which shuttle has a timetable . We were done within two hrs and went to wait for the car and no car came had to take a taxi only for them to tell us when we got to the hotel we needed to call ???why then is there a timetable for the hotel shuttle ? what happens when a guest doesn’t have a local sim?

LikedThe check in process is within the villa, the stuff goes above and beyond to make guests happy, the breakfast was exceptional, a true 5 star hotel, every penny paid was way worth it, dreaming about going back in the near future, the room is spotless, the service was amazing, the room views amazing, the spa was so nice, the location of the hotel is literally so perfect, can’t find words to describe how amazing our stay was within the resort, everything was planned out perfectly, including tours, airport drop off/pick up, dinner reservations, making exceptions because of children traveling with us, thank you mandapa for the best memories

LikedOne of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life, the service is incredible, the rooms are spacious and cleaned multiple times during the day. the hotel has a lot of activities. they also provided us with a complimentary photoshoot for our honeymoon. LikedI stayed at Ritz-Carlton Mandapa for my honeymoon. It was a wonderful and special experience! The thing that stood out the most was the very friendly, precise and welcoming service we received from absolutely everyone.... from lobby to pool bar to maintenance employee, etc. We just felt so taken care of. The food was the highlight also... everything was so delicious and super well done, especially the very extensive breakfast to the restaurant. The room and hotel were also spotless and pristine. Our villa felt like a piece of paradise, with lovely views to the river. Everything magical! Marka, our butler, made our stay even more special. He was constantly checking up on via Whatsapp, asking if we needed something or suggesting activities. Such a special guy that makes a stay like this even more special.

DislikedThe pool in our villa was too cold to be usable... a shame, as it was perfect in all other regards.

LikedWe loved the serenity of the place, so well laid out and easy to access all the major facilities by foot or even buggy.

LikedLoved the ambience , the people. Staff were extremely helpful and d always ready to serve. The food was to die for. Even the most simple dishes were served in the most elegant way. Highly recommend the place. Very courteous spa and recreational staff. Excellent services.
