Disliked‏ספציפית מהחוויה שלנו העובדים בקבלה היו לא נעימים כל כך וגרמו לנו לחכות בלי שום סיבה ובלי אפילו להגיד לנו שכמה שניות הם יתפנו אלינו בנוסף כשביקשנו מגבות מהקבלה לא קיבלנו אותם בכלל וגם לא היה שום מענה ל late checkout למרות שכבר בצ צ׳ק אין ביקשנו פרטים לגבי זה ורק מרחו אותנו עד סוף השיהות שלנו

LikedAmazing location, quiet territory even with construction outside the hotel you don’t hear noise at all. Good breakfast and clean room.

LikedLuxury stay in a great location in Jerusalem. Amazing facilities, the pool is waw, best breakfast I ever had in hotel.

DislikedFor the price of our stay it's very upsetting to be charged at all for parking and such a high amount!

LikedI love the hotel. The space is beautiful and location is fabulous.

DislikedHaving a light on during Shabbat was very problematic, and simple to fix. While a light in the room or corridor would be too bright, the bathroom light can usually be kept on. The tongues between the bathroom and the bedroom meant we could not sleep because it was too bright! Can there be a shutter or blind to pull down over the window to provide a comfortable Shabbat experience?

LikedBreakfast was amazing! Good room size Staff was excellent

DislikedLocation is a little far for walking to the old city
