LikedThe room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a huge terrace. The room was quiet and had excellent air conditioning. The service was excellent and the pool a was beautiful and quiet.
LikedPick up from and delivery to ferry made Capri a breeze. View was amazing. Service was top notch. Short 5 minute walk to Anacapri. Hotel coordinates taxis to/from anything you need. Bed extremely comfortable.
LikedThis was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled extensively. Incredible, quiet grounds, beautifully manicured, with the most spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, Napoli, the Amalfi Coast, and Mount Vesuvius. The service was impeccable -- they gladly helped us with taxis, boat tour, ferry tickets and restaurant reservations. They also provided a pick up from the ferry into Capri and transfer back to the ferry - including luggage porting service, which was a very much appreciated benefit with a family of 7 and the chaos of the marina. We had 4 rooms, and they were all lovely and comfortable. We recommend this hotel unreservedly and wholeheartedly. We plan to return.
LikedLocation, view and room comfort were exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Dinners in the restaurant were exceptional. We enjoyed the steam room and the view from the infinity pool was great. There arrival and departure services were fantastic and made the trip easy.

LikedThis is truly a five star hotel experience. From the beautiful hotel, to the wonderful staff, and the prime location. I came as a belated birthday present to myself, and for some much needed R&R. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was absolutely stunning- especially the view from the large patio. The sunsets were spectacular! They had a violinist who would play on the patio during cocktail hour / sunset, which was just magical. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh, with everything you could want and more. The infinity pool was so relaxing and the perfect place to reset with a spritz in hand. The housekeeping team was so sweet, and I appreciated the little cards they left after their turn-down service. I look forward to returning! Thank you for the beautiful experience and wonderful hospitality!
Liked* everything was just perfect the hotel has an amazing spot of capri island with amazing sunset view ( you should not miss it ) * staff was outstanding they took care of us from the port unti we reach the hotel * food and service are extraordinary
