LikedFirst of all staff were very very …good and smiling besides this location, room was very good.room was very clean.
“Perfect jumping off point for a fashion heavy stay in Milano!”
LikedThe staff, the breakfast, and especiallythe concierge service. They took excellent care of us. One night we called down to request a tea from breakfast before bed, and they couldnt find the right kind. The next two nights they surprised us with lovely tea sets and the perfect tea we were desiring. That was lovely! They planned the most luxurious day at lake Como for us and kept us fed by planning dinners and also a trip to La Scala for the worlds (worst) Opera Il Nobre della Rosa - it wasnt their fault the Opera was bad though! THE BED WAS HEAVENLY. The Aqua di Parma soap and shampoo collection was so luxurious that i bought myself some to take home.
Dislikeddesign trumps practicality in the room, particularly in the bathroom. The faucet levers were maddening. The lights were all completely oddly electronicslly connected, it was almost impossible to turn of individual lights without pressing every button-and we were there five days. In fact my friend routinely accidentally turned off all lights when trying to turn off only one light - more than once i was left in the dark on the commode. The shower was also kind of broken and kind of mildewed.
LikedStaff was friendly, helpful and had great reccomendations for things to do in Milan.
“Cosy hotel, very quiet atmosphere!”
LikedNear mains attractions and nice neighborhoods. Very good breakfast.
DislikedThe background music, I would have prefer music more relax (quiet piano) like for example: Alexandra Strelenski…
