DislikedOne of our rooms did not have a air conditioning that was cooling enough. Staff was not helpful in changing the room for us. Parking was hard to find and was a long walk with luggage on old style stone streets.

LikedGreat room for a family . comfortable bed for parents and loft for 2 young adults . Also a pull out couch that we did not use for sleeping . Loved the 14foot doors and black out shutters also 14 feet ( found out they were 300 years old and restored. Breakfast was a good spectrum if you are looking for an egg and meat breakfast otherwise plenty of on the road coffee and cake / sweets for the typical Italian breakfast.
DislikedNaples is Naples and was a fun visit . Graffitii in a part of Naples aside of that all was well.

LikedGennaro at the desk is now one of my new favorite people in the whole world. he was so friendly, so accommodating, so kind, and always gave great recommendations. We were so impressed, he was basically running an entire hotel by himself most of our stay. The hotel was great, but it would not be half as great as it is without Gennaro.
DislikedI only wish there was a full bar on the rooftop, but I also understand why there isn't.
