Hotel Villa Franca

LikedWe had the most incredible stay at Hotel Villa Franca! Every single member of staff throughout the whole hotel were so kind and welcoming it felt like having a second family! Even before we arrived we were given information about road closures and travel recommendations. From the second we arrived we were greeted so warmly with a welcome drink and tour and information on the insane amount of services offered for the stay. The room was beautiful with an absolutely incredible view and a gorgeous balcony. The view from the bathroom window was also stunning! Breakfast every morning was spectacular with so much variety and amazing service happily accommodating any changes or requests. The rooftop pool and gold sky bar/restaurant was beautiful with a 360 view of Positano and again amazing service. The buggy service up and down is also such a bonus saves so much energy getting to skip the stairs. The staff here truly made our honeymoon so special (especially with the handwritten card) even as we were checking out still giving personalised care and we cannot wait to come back!

LikedI recently stayed two nights at Hotel Villa Franca and was very impressed with the property. We were upgraded to a sea view room and enjoyed stunning views of Positano bay from our room as well as from the breakfast room. The hotel is very modern and clean, with a stunning rooftop pool area. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly & the concierge are easily reachable by WhatsApp. The hotel is further up the hill in Positano however the free golf buggy shuttle is always available for pick-up & drop-off close to the centre. We dined at Li Galli restaurant in the hotel and I would really recommend this memorable dining experience if you get the chance to try it.

LikedThis is the best example of client experience we had in a long time - Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful - the dinner at Li Gali was the climax of client friendliness! We loved it!
