LikedRustic and provincial elegance at its best. It feels very serene from the entrance all the way to the rooms. The service is exceptional and genuinely friendly. All the staff were very welcoming but speciale thanks to Mr. Pasquale Bernardo who was extremely so from the time of arrival all the way to the last day.

LikedWe could not rate Masseria Torre Maizza highly enough. All of the staff were exceptional and tended to any and all of our needs. The facilities were fantastic and the food both breakfast (included in our stay) and the meals by the pool, at the beach club and in the main restaurant were superb. LikedSehr ruhig, äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal. Außergewöhnlich gute, lokale Küche. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung , alles rasch zu erreichen (Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano….) Netter kleiner Golfplatz (9 Loch, sehr kurze Par 3)

DislikedAbgesehen von den doch sehr heftigen Getränkepreisen fand ich es schade, dass automatisch bei jeder Rechnung 10% Tip hinzugefügt wurde. Zusätzlich beim Auschecken nochmal 5% für das restliche Personal. Ich gebe gerne Tip wenns passt (das hat es auch!) aber ich möchte dies selber entscheiden bzw. ordnungsgemäß kommuniziert haben. Wenn ich das vorher weiß, gebe ich dem Zimmerpersonal nicht noch extra. Natürlich wurde beim der Rechnungslegung bei Abreise auf die Freiwilligkeit hingewiesen - jedoch ein Geschmack ob dieser amerikanischen Sitten bleibt.

LikedAccoglienza ottima, tutto il personale molto attento e sorridente. Ottimo il ristorante con portate saporite nel gusto e soddisfacenti nella quantità. Ottima colazione

DislikedPremesso che la struttura è molto bella anche se manca una vera e propria spa con piscina coperta, sauna e bagno turco. Effettuano massaggi ma manca l'area relax. In camera, all'accoglienza ci hanno fatto trovare delle pere e dell'acqua... assolutamente inadeguato alla prezzo che si paga e alle pretese della struttura. I prezzi del frigo bar davvero eccessivi ( un pacchetto small di patatine 10 euro) in un posto così dove ci si aspetta che siano inclusi nella quota. Non ti coccolano a dovere e ogni mm di aria che respiri te lo fanno pagare (acqua 8 euro) ... Non è una questione meramente materiale ma è una percezione che si avverte , come di dover continuamente prendere soldi all'interno della struttura. In uscita ci avevano addebitato circa 70 euro in più (opzionali, ma ce lo hanno detto dopo) per il gradimento dei servizi... una vera esagerazione e francamente, mai vista una cosa del genere in una masseria. Bella struttura ma per i turisti non per gli italiani. Alcuni amici mi avevano detto di evitare ma ho voluto provare e credo che non lo consiglierei. Ci sono strutture nelle vicinanze altrettanto belle ma con un taglio più "signorile " non solo nella forma ma anche nella sostanza . Meno forma e più sostanza. Cinque stelle solo nel prezzo.

LikedPersonal sehr hilfsbereit- professionell. Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren Komponenten, die Gäste verteilen sich gut. Restaurant sehr gute Auswahl- und sehr gut .

LikedThe staff is incredible, really on top of things. Loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel, it's very quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast in the morning, buffet as well as a la carte.

DislikedI expected the room to be a bit bigger and have a bit more daylight. I think it's not as luxurious as the hotel in general.
