LikedThe property is absolutely stunning. You can walk the grounds and see beautiful sites everywhere. The rooms were spotless and spacious for a deluxe room. The linens and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the overall hospitality service was amazing and to end. At the end of the day, it was still warm enough to lounge at the pool area, which was very lovely. There is a small bar if you want to have a drink, which is convenient. Also, they have a cute little hot tub spa area that you can use which is fully private.

DislikedWe stayed around the third week of September and it was a bit cool therefore the outdoor dining and lounge area was not being used. For cooler days it would be nice to have a place to have a drink or sit outside with heaters in the evenings if you decided to stay in one evening. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was the most expensive meal in all of Puglia. I think they need to simplify their flavor profile as some menu items did not work for example the appetizers. I had the steamed cod which was not a good choice. my husband had the ravioli, which was very good though.

LikedWe spent two nights at Ottolire Resort and had a lovely stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful and welcoming — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Check-in was seamless, and we received a beautiful, spotless two-level room (No. 10), which was a little unusual but added a special charm to the experience. We didn’t use the pool as the weather was quite cool, but we absolutely loved the restaurant — excellent food and a wonderful local chef. The only downside was the noise: we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, and the village roosters were very enthusiastic early in the morning! Not ideal for sleeping, although somehow they also added to the authentic countryside charm. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

LikedThe property was VERY beautiful and very calm and peaceful! The room was excellent, and we had a hot tub right outside our door which was great at night. Food and breakfast was also amazing. The staff are super polite and accommodating.

LikedThis is a 5 star resort with an incredible property that is well-maintained and very peaceful. Thank you to all the staff, especially Antonella, the reception desk, and the spa staff (Maria and Chiara). One of the best spas experiences we've ever had. The restaurant was delicious as was breakfast.

LikedEverything. I was there a couple years ago almost accidentally and fell in love with the place, promising myself I would come back. Traditional and modern country design merge with exquisite taste. Food in its simplicity is oustanding, staff over the top. It's the perfect place to slow down and unwind, surrounded by the peace and the beauty of the countryside.
