LikedVery friendly and homely. Staff were attentive and helpful. Close to the river and great shopping, all of the important sites are within a 30 min walk or less. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, cleaned and tidied every day! A small and quiet hotel! Beautifully decorated.

DislikedThe team was helpful and efficient and assisted us with everything we needed. My only suggestion is about the tone of service: while the staff was attentive, at times the interaction felt a little formal/serious, and a touch more friendliness would have made us feel even more welcome. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.
