LikedThe staff and facility is amazing. perfection was what they are aiming for. The palace feel and the resto has been incredibly done. Artwork amazing. ambiance amazing, bar and bathes top class. The room presentation best ever.
DislikedI think the door man service could have been improved and I wasn't please with the price quoted to arrange a tour of the Vatican for 3 hours... Huge mark up which left a compromised feeling... I know lark ups are expected but EURO 950 for 3 hours is crazy.
