LikedThe location, room and staff were all outstanding. You are pretty much in the heart of the city. The hotel staff could not be anymore helpful and friendly. The room we had was something else and well worth every penny. Thank you very much Palazzo Boyl we had a fantastic stay.
LikedThe view from our terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was beautiful, and the history of the building made it feel like a very special experience.
DislikedThere were a couple of little touches that were missing, especially considering the price. We had a drip-coffee machine but no coffee provided other than four sachets of instant decaf, and then no kettle for the instant coffee! I would expect a Nespresso machine in a room of that kind, so we could have a leisurely morning coffee on our terrace and enjoy the spectacular views.
