LikedStunning views from our pool suite and main hotel, excellent quality of food in restaurants, helpful and friendly staff.
DislikedIt is a bit of a drive to get anywhere, on small, twisty roads ... but this is offset by a peaceful and secluded setting on the mountain-top.
“Second visit - didn't disappoint!”
LikedPetra Segreta is sublimely peaceful and serene. It was our second stay and it didn't disappoint. Its worth taking a walk down to the little village as it is truly delightful.
DislikedThe staff at the Michelin Restaurant were a little too "professional' - a smile wouldn't go amiss.

LikedReally beautiful property and fantastic facilities. Very luxurious breakfast and the room was really functional.
DislikedWe request for 1 hour later check out but was declined. However, our luggage was left in the room 2 hours later even when they promised to load them into our car. We totally understand the need for turnover of the room but do not appreciate the lies to "chase" us out of the room while housekeeping was not even in the room to clean. The staff has to rushed for the luggage and fortunately we did not miss our ferry to Corsica.
