“Great hotel, lovely location and excellent staff.”
LikedGreat staff especially the concierge team in helping organise our itinerary. The restaurant was superb, and food and service excellent. Lovely location overall.
DislikedA minor issue - we were in 406 and there was a door being slammed 10 times an hour throughout the day. I think it was one of the staff private entrances below our room. If the support staff allow the door to slam, we can hear it in the guest rooms.
