“It was okay”
LikedThe locations and quietness
DislikedToo aloof and didnt had much activities within premises like vineyard tasting biking nothing to offer
LikedGreat restaurants, accompanied by wonderful live music. The location is absolutely gorgeous and the hotel is worth it just for the views alone.
LikedThe location and overall ambiance of the hotel is amazingly peaceful and calm. The staff were all excellent as was the food!

DislikedBreakfast, was not great, for this type of hotel, eggs should be ready made to order, not in a big container.
LikedWe loved to stay at the Castello with our dog. Nice walks, beautiful location, excellent service and food. We will be back!
“Good value for money”
LikedBeautiful large hotel with many pools. Grat spa facilities with a magnesium pool. Very clean. Gorggeous bathroom design. Good choice for breakfast.
DislikedThe room service charge was 10 euros - just to ring to your room for a juice that costs less... The delivery prices in London or Paris are lower than to bring smth inside the hotel. The evening restaurant's staff was unattentive, and the table lamps kept switching off. Food was ok, nothing spectacular that you would expect in Tuscany.
