LikedThe property was exceptional in every way. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks were outstanding—truly five-star—and the delicious breakfast was the perfect way to begin each day. A very special thank you to the concierge, Ivan, who made our stay even more memorable. We had lost an item on the train, and he truly moved heaven and earth to help us recover it. His recommendations for local cuisine were superb, but what stood out most was his warmth, professionalism, and gracious demeanor. Ivan’s exceptional service left a lasting impression and is one of the many reasons we are already looking forward to returning.

LikedAmazing location only 10 minutes from San Marco and 15 minutes to biennale exhibition. But so cozy and quite inside that you don’t feel the tourists’ crowd. Friendly and professional staff made our staying there unforgettable.

LikedThe staff was the most pleasant in our time in Italy. They went out of their way in saying hello, caring for our family. It is really the small details, they remembered our breakfast drink order by the second day. The location has a great view. The hotel is new in that it is a former church and monastery from the 1200s that they made into a hotel in 2021.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary hotel — every detail speaks to quiet luxury, impeccable comfort, and genuinely heartfelt service. A special mention to Ivan at the concierge desk, whose attentiveness and care elevated our stay beyond anything we could have anticipated. Tucked away from the tourist crowds, this is Venice at its most refined. The breakfast alone is worth the visit — an extraordinary spread that caters to every taste. A true hidden jewel.
