“its one of very rare hotels with the perfect the combination of design and service”
LikedAmazing stay with exceptional service The hotel's location is absolutely incredible - it was so convenient to get anywhere. The design is very stylish and unique, and we also loved the courtyard atmosphere. The restaurant was delicious, the wine was excellent, and everything in the room was simply perfect. I would especially like to mention Anna at the reception. We had an unpleasant situation with a taxi, and she immediately got involved, handled everything, and helped us solve the issue. That level of care was great . In general, the administrators and the overall service were truly outstanding. Everything was at the highest level, and our stay left a wonderful impression. We would be very happy to come back.

DislikedAlthough easy to access from airport and roads, the location of the hotel is on the edge of Venice. Almost everywhere we wanted to go was about a 30 mins walk - a little tough when it’s 35+ out
