LikedLoved the rooms!! staff were fantastic. The onsen was lovely. Excellent position. Dinner was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel.
DislikedThe service at breakfast was slow and the breakfast was a little disappointing as it was the same everyday.
LikedEverything is wonderful. The corner room had a nice view of Gion area and a Japanese style bath was nostalgic to me that memories of my family. The location is a few minutes away from Nene no Michi which was awesome. Ukata was very nice too. All the staffs are kind.
LikedEverything at Banyan Tree was phenomenal from the food to the staff to the gorgeous room and property. My partner's birthday occurred during the stay and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate him quietly. We were so sad to leave - can't wait to return to a Banyan Tree property sometime in the future!
