LikedWe came to Four Seasons to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. We received great service and welcoming, and we even received an upgraded room. The team of the reception noticed that we preferred a different location for our room, and they found a perfect location and room type for us, which made us very very happy and satisfied. In addition, the concierge services helped us very much, especially ms. Chihiro Shinoda and ms. Hatsune Enomoto which helped us a lot to resolve two different problems which occurred during our stay. Best Hotel and stuff !!!

LikedThe property is outstanding. It’s super clean (as with most places in Kyoto), is spacious and offers amazing photo opportunities. All the staff (and I mean every single person there) were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel and area.
