Likedeverything. from the grandeur of the entrance to the lounge area was stunning. and the staff(everyone one of them) were wonderful. i travel a lot but this ranks up with the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Dislikedthat we couldn’t stay longer 😊
LikedGood location, lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
DislikedBreakfast just okay, coffee was not very hot.
LikedStaff are professional, attentive and always ready to assist. They might have the most English speaking staff in the area. The room is quite. Excellent location.
DislikedThere is no space for more than one large suitcase . Breakfast at peacock restaurant is much limited than at Jolie restaurant.
LikedAbsolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
