LikedFantastic Service to be picked up at the train and guided to the entrance/reception
DislikedIt’s a pathfinder experience to find the way to the reception and back out. A little less perfume in the entrance area would do.

LikedBest hotel i stayed they care about everything the staff is amazing is so clean and the view is just wow amazing.. in love with this hotel i cannot wait to go back you made me feel so special and cared about everything I was impressed! This was more than just a hotel stay it was a truly luxurious experience with service at the highest level. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend Bulgari Hotel Tokyo to anyone looking for perfection in Tokyo.

LikedWe stayed at the Bulgari, Tokyo then the Mitsui, Kyoto, then the Grand Arima, Arima then the Four Seasons, Osaka and lastly the Park Hyatt, Tokyo. The Bulgari was BY FAR the nicest in every way. It is a fantastic Hotel, luxurious with polite and genuine staff. I would recommend this Hotel over and over again.
