TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK

LikedWe really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was spotless, and the hotel felt modern, comfortable and stylish. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, and the location was perfect!

LikedThe hotel was absolutely spectacular. The rooftop bar with pool was very nice, looking over the beautiful Yoyogi park. The staff was exceptionally friendly and we felt very welcomed. The rooms were impeccable, clean and spacious with a very nice layout. The breakfast was also very good. The only downside was that we only stayed for three nights.

LikedQuiet location but walking distance from the centre of Shibuya. Top floor pool facing park is a must . The staff made it special too. Must mention Lucy (not sure if that’s the right spelling )and George as they were particularly attentive

DislikedOur standard room was a bit small but design and furniture was beautiful . The price is on the high side but you certainly get quality in return

LikedWe LOVED this hotel. The pool, the breakfast, the Italian restaurant downstairs. Small amenities for turndown service. Easily walkable even with kids to Shibuya attractions (Super Donki!). Good selection of restaurants near by and the park gives a calming atmosphere and a place to go jogging.

DislikedThe A/C in the corridors was too strong.

LikedNot only does Trunk Hotel benefit from superb views over a green park from the rooftop bar and pool area, the architecture and attention to detail is top notch! Big kudos to the architect Keji Ashizawa ;- )

DislikedI am getting very wary of very slippery shower flowers...

LikedThe Trunk hotel exceeded expectations on many levels! The best part was the staff. They were always kind, helpful, and went above an beyond on service. Other highlights included breakfast (perhaps the best we've ever had - highly recommend!), the best toilets, showers, bedroom amenities, and the pool/hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day.

DislikedThe noise was our biggest issue. There is a busy road between the hotel and the park, and our room was on the 2nd floor just above the busy road. We noticed it was not loud on the 6th floor room, so maybe the higher level rooms are quieter. Also, the rooms were much smaller than expected. While sleek and well equipped, it felt cramped.
