LikedWhere do I even begin - everything was flawless, from arrival to departure. The staff were warm and attentive, and the on-site snorkeling and kayaking were a highlight the kids absolutely loved all included in the price. There's a genuine sense of security, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Now, the food. It was outstanding ,varied, flavorful, with different stations by region, and simply delicious throughout. The hotel offers several dinner restaurants to choose from, each with its own distinct cuisine, and honestly, I have no complaints. The selection and quality at the main restaurant, in particular, were exceptional. Thank you for such an incredible experience.

LikedWe had a wonderful experience here. such a beautiful property with a great view, facilities, rooms, staff, restaurants. Everything was on point and I am in love with a Lux property. I might just venture out to more Lux based properties after our recent visit. The rooms were modern with high quality fittings. The showers were big and great water pressure. The restaurants had high quality food, cocktails were so nice. The beach was clean. This property has done an excellent job of ensuring every little thing is taken care off. We moved to Constance Belle Mare after this stay and we regretted it every bit. We realized that Lux has done such an amazing job that is lacked by other properties for the exact same price range.

DislikedINTI restaurant was ok, but in our opinion, the hotel’s buffet was amazing and tastier. Many option and very clean.

LikedThe room overlooked a great view, the staff were very nice, the food was great, and we had everthing we need, we will definitely come back again!

DislikedThe only disadvantage we had is that the shower room was exposed partially to the beach where people passing nearby can see it.

LikedThe staff were exceptional, it's the clear stand out. Room was great. House keeping brilliant. Buffet was a wide selection. Great chill honeymoon vibe resort. Lovely beaches. Lovely small details like cleaning your glasses and the honeymoon bonuses.

DislikedA couple ala carte restaurants (cafe rouge) aren't that great, food overall is closer to an 8 than a 9/10. Have to pay for water at dinner which is 4 pounds a bottle. Few ants found in room that were swiftly killed. Taxi prices from hotel are clearly commission buffered so quite expensive. Pools not that big.

Likedthe facility is generally perfect, you can't fault it

DislikedWe found out that we double book and paid by error, which the hotel acknowledged. However, the was not willingness to refund nor to credit us for a another stay in different days. So we basically paid for two rooms and used one.
