“It was a great weeks in a very nice hotel but still some improvements to be done to reach a real palace experience .”
LikedThe hotel is really nice with a really nice view on the bay, the restaurant are fantastic and the gym facilities are excellent.
DislikedThe room we had was too noisy during the night discotheque close by and the bar music was too loud till late. The room service was great for the breakfast but not consistent to prepare la couverture for night / change the glasses …

LikedHotel standarts are so high. Rooms are new, super clean, well designed and are just in front of the beach so you only walk 2/3 mins to reach the pool/beach. Beach was super clean, there were no seaweed as we say some other hotels have. Most importantly, the location was perfect as it is in a bay in Grand Baie that makes sea color so bright turquaz that i never seen in Maldives, Seychelles, Zanzibar etc. Waterski + bottom glass boat trips are included to the hotel price.
DislikedNot a problem for me but not the good place for diving.

LikedThe staff was so sweet and service minded, especially with the kids. Everyone were extremely attentive and did everything possible to give us the best holiday. At the same time everything was very professional. And the food was really great at all of the resort’s restaurants.

LikedThe staff were very accommodating and catered to our bespoke dietary preferences. The location of the hotel on the north western side of the city protected it from some of the winds that are more pronounced in other parts of the country. A special shout out to Manoj and his beach team
“Great Beach & Stay, but Half-Board Could Be Better”
LikedBeach, beach, beach — it’s the best part of this hotel! 🏖️ Overall, the facility is neat, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Receiving a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you for making our stay even more special!
DislikedOne point that I found disappointing was the half-board arrangement. At the very least, still water during dinner should have been included. Instead, we were charged separately for a bottle, and it certainly wasn’t cheap (around €7). Considering the half-board package, I feel that basic still water should reasonably be included with dinner1

LikedQuiet and peaceful . Stylish and old style. Staff vey well trained. Absolutely one of the best in Mauritius. Nic was exceptional. Will be back .
DislikedSome parts of the hotel has got serious damage on the doors. Nothing lasts next to the sea.
