LikedResort was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly, dinner restaurants were exceptional and we loved the breakfast as well, so many kid-friendly activities/amenities, bed was comfortable and loved the blackout curtains, beautiful views. The resort felt very safe and the service was unmatched!

DislikedLunch restaurant timing was not ideal for us with a toddler - it didn't open until noon and that's when she had to take a nap, so the first day she didn't get lunch in time for her nap. The following day we ordered kids breakfast room service ahead of time to be delivered at 11:30 so she could eat first. Alcoholic drinks weren't poured very strong - had to ask for extra which is fine.

LikedTODO, el personal es increíble, todos súper amables y atentos a que tu estadía sea soñada. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel y la gastronomía es un lujo.

DislikedLa habitación que elegimos era muy lujosa y muy grande pero podría tener más lugar para guardar ropa. El gimnasio era muy grande pero podría tener más bancos planos y bancos inclinados. Solo contaba con dos y por momentos era tedioso compartirlos.

LikedEn general todas las instalaciones y lo servicial del personal. La temperatura del agua de la alberca excelente y la comida de los restaurantes muy buena.

DislikedEl agua de la regadera no salía caliente . Si agradable pero no caliente.
