LikedThe service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly valued. The resort was spotless, the food was outstanding, and the pools and ocean views were breathtaking. The spa experience was incredible, and every detail reflected luxury and relaxation.

DislikedThe only downside was that the beach in front of the resort is not swimmable due to the strong currents. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations.

LikedThis is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The property is beautiful, the staff were extremely accommodating, the room was so quiet and comfortable, and the food was divine. So glad we stayed a week.

LikedThe restaurants were next level good, we loved them all. Our time by the pool each day with service from the staff was amazing - shoutout to Victor. Special mention to our butlers Daniela & Kelly - they made our whole time there effortless and wonderful - highly recommend to anyone.

LikedThis is surely a six star resort: everything was fantastic - the staff, the food, the live entertainment, the location, the decor of the entire place, the rooms, the fact you get a personal 'butler' to help you out and you can text with them on WhatsApp. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, they treat you like royalty but they are sincerely into helping you enjoy your stay. This is 'the' luxury adult all inclusive to stay at - do not waste your time looking elsewhere.

DislikedThe promotion of deals for future stays or other resorts. I do know that is part of their business though.

LikedLe Blanc staff is top notch. Ever been somewhere and feel neglected? It never happened once on our trip. Staff even go out of their way to stop what they are doing to walk you to where you were asking to go. Felt very welcomed and pampered.

DislikedThe sales pitch in the beginning about the credits. When I told the gentleman that we were not interested, he got annoyed and was a little unprofessional, in my opinion. When checking out, we were approached by another gentleman who was pushing to sell another vacation package. The only way to receive the discounted rate was to pay $399 asap. Politely declined and as we were waiting for our ride to the airport, he came back one more time to try again. A little off putting but I understand that it’s their job. The valet also didn’t mention that our ride was out front waiting for us, causing us to be 10 minutes late. The infinity pool chairs were quickly taken in the morning, could be a members perk? Plenty of other chairs in the 3 other pools. Small things that didn’t ruin our vacation.
