“Beautiful Hacienda!”

LikedBeautiful Hacienda! Very nice high ceilings, clean comfortable room! Its a bit hot in the room, however, there was a ventilator Nice shower! Excellent breakfast which was included! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

DislikedThe room/hacienda is great! However, you can hear every single sound and word from the room next door. Door separating rooms should have some sort of sound proofing! We could hear the entire conversation happening next door, at 3 am. Parking should not be charged.

LikedThe property was very clean. However, the rooms were not cleaned daily. The breakfast was good, but the service was too slow.

“It was really good, the staff the food, everything else was amazing.”

LikedThe theme, the way this old hacienda was preserved.

DislikedThere is not much noise canceling among the rooms, I could here the conversation going on in the room next to me, and they were talkative people.

“Perfect, 10/10 stay”

LikedEverything about my stay was absolutely perfect. It's probably the best small boutique hotel in Mexico City. Will be coming back for sure. Staff was amazing, as was my room and all amenities.

“Incredible hotel for a weekend getaway as a couple. The building is gorgeous and well decorated, the staff was super…”

LikedFacilities are gorgeous, it’s very quiet inside, you feel isolated from the city. The staff was super attentive.

DislikedThe lunch and dinner menu could have more options, that way you don’t want to go out of the hotel.

“A great option for Tlalpan / UNAM area.”

LikedRoom was great, is really is a boutique hotel, beautiful, small. Large TV worked very well. Spacious bathroom. we were in one of the terrace rooms which are modern and accessed by a large, architectural spiral staircase, which was dramatic and I liked, but if you have trouble with stairs may not be a great choice.

DislikedIt's a small hotel in a historic building. The dining menu isn't extensive, but was good. The gym is a postage stamp (I didn't care). My one wish was that the in room desk be larger, it's very shallow.
