“Clean room and facilities, convenient location, with wonderful staff.”
LikedThe staff were wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, one of us were too ill to fly on our last night. Benito, Alejandro, and Jaime were very helpful in accommodating us for an extra night, rearranging taxi reservations, and recommending a nearby clinic, that all worked out well. The woman who provided room service (who's name I didn't get a change to ask, apologies) was tip top. And the house pets, Bruno and Agata, were sweet as can be.
