Maroma, A Belmond Hotel, Riviera Maya

LikedThey let me check out at 7 pm. I’m sure this wouldn't have happened if they were fully booked, but I felt like royalty the whole time. The steak at Wooden is the best I’ve ever had. 💯

LikedEvery part of our stay was perfect down to every last detail! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive—we didn’t have to lift a finger :)The staff literally took care of everything. Food was excellent in every regard and the property was immaculate. We’d return to stay at Maroma without a second thought.

LikedWonderful experience in every way. The attentiveness of the staff, the authenticity of everyone we met, the excellent food, comfort of the room were all outstanding. But, the most special part of the experience was the subtle Mayan influence that clearly, for those of us who are healers, found quite wonderful. We celebrated our 36 years of marriage in Maroma.

LikedI do not know not where to begin. We have stayed in many (luxury) hotels, but this experience is one the few you will always remember. From check-in to check-out, the staff makes you feel special and they always come-up with little surprises and/or details which you would not expect. Thank you to the staff and the attention we have receveived from Emmanuel, it was absolutely wonderful! See you next time.

LikedThe welcome the kindness of the staff and their professionalism. The upkeep of the property the beautiful beach despite the so so weather the iconic Parrot 🦜 greeting us and the divine food ! Unique ! Love it

LikedThe location is great and feels secluded, staff we’re all excellent. We had a beach side suite which was spacious and straight onto the beach. The best bed I think I’ve ever slept in!

DislikedThis hotel has great facilities, staff, great food but it’s very expensive especially for food in an evening, you are there to relax so you don’t leave the hotel, so you have to eat there.

LikedThe service was fantastic. It rained at lot every day of our trip but the staff was so nice and accommodating we still had a great stay.

LikedUnrivaled service. There is not the word No in their vocabulary. The restaurants are exceptional and the setting is ideal. The place is perfect for relaxation and to switch off.
