LikedThe level of attention to guest's needs is the highest i have ever experienced. Michelle the owner has apparently not spared a penny nor thoughtful moment as to how yo make the experience as memorable as San Miguel itself is. I rarely bother to add pictures. Will do it this time

LikedWhat a wonderful place to stay! Comfortable bed and room, beautiful and luxurious small hotel, everything you might need, and breakfast and sitting on the rooftop are lovely with an amazing view. I also liked the location on a nice street that was walkable to Centro and City Market. As others have said, a highlight of my stay was lovely Isabel and Michelle, both so welcoming, kind, and generous. Highly recommend!

LikedThe check in effortless, breakfast healthy and satisfying. The neighborhood was close to everything, city market a bonus along with lots of good restaurants and far enough to be quiet. Sidewalks flat and wide for walking

LikedFantastic Place! Amazing views of San Miguel from rooftop deck. Great kitchen area for morning breakfasts. Host, manager and staff are very friendly. Amenities for the rooms and facility overall are excellent with all lot of thought to make your stay enjoyable.
LikedThis is a very small hotel inside a beautiful, gracious home. The roof terrace was simply gorgeous. We ate breakfast there every morning prepared by the wonderful Isabel. Michelle, the owner was welcoming and warm and gave us great suggestions on restaurants and things to do.
DislikedNo elevator. The stairways are narrow, and it took some effort to get our bags up when we arrived and down when we left.
LikedEverything was great! especialy the Host, Michelle is the greatest host, she was responsive all the time, and very kind and patient with all our requests.
DislikedWe love the place! probably the only recommendation is to have a handicap access, but honestly other than this the place is amazing!
LikedWe liked everything about the property. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, in a lovely neighbourhood and a great location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. It was nice to be able to meet other people on the rooftop deck! 10+ and would definitely stay here again.
Likedgreat experience 5 starts! loced the staff Isabell was a great host and the place was beautiful and relaxing. We would recoment this hotel to anyone looking for a great clean experience.
