LikedThe hotel is well localized , modern with very nice details. The rooms are very comfortable as well as the beds. The staff was very well educated , respectful and very attentive. Our rate included continental breakfast wich consisted of fruits , bread, coffee and juice.. they had a menu also from with you could order but not included. Breakfast is not like a buffet with you could get at other hotels but by my standards was good enough

LikedThis is a wonderful boutique hotel, perfectly located in San Miguel de Allende. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the lobbies, restaurant and outdoor areas perfectly decorated. A lot of thought has gone into the overall guest experience.

LikedI cannot recommend Hotel Matilda enough. The location and amenities are fantastic but the staff and customer service are incredible. They are so attentive and make you feel so welcome.

DislikedLa alberca tenía el agua fría. Mi hijo no se pudo meter a nadar. Después de caminar por el centro se nos antojaba entrar a la alberca para relajarnos pero el agua estaba helada.
