Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

LikedIt was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the hospitality and the food was good. The process of calling the golf cart could be improved. Or more direction road signs as an alternative for those in a hurry.

LikedEverything. By far the best property I have stayed in across all my travels. Every aspect of this property is incredible. The property itself, the staff, the restaurants & food, the service and the quality of intimacy. It truly feels like a home away from home. Special mention to the Concierge staff led by Hanane Ouajib. They took care of every aspect of our trip. I strongly recommend the full breakfast (every day if you can), and the Asian rooftop bar (zest) for the food, drinks, view, service and the DJ. All in all an amazing stay. I know we will be going back again and staying at four seasons Marrakech in the future ideally with our extended family.

DislikedI only wish they had more 2-4 bedroom independent villas so we could stay as a larger extended group. But I understand from the hotel management that they can figure out a way to make that happen by booking the shared villas as a group.

LikedThe staff were exceptional from check in to check out including the restaurants- fabulous food at rooftop at Zest- Asian and delicious Moroccan food at Inara with traditional music, relaxing and luxurious spa and pool, with unbelievable service, coming around with sample mango smoothies, canapés, etc and room with complimentary champagne and fruit upon arrival . The most luxurious and memorable experience! We will be back, especially for each and every one of the wonderful people who went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular.

DislikedWe loved everything! There was nothing that we did not enjoy completely!

LikedJust everything but if I have to pick - Zest Rooftop Restaurant and Bar.

LikedThe Four Seasons in Marrakech is a great hotel that met what I would have expected from a Four Seasons. This was only the third time I have stayed at a Four Seasons (previously NYC, where I was married in 1996, and Houston hotels), and this, being a resort, had more amenities and was equally spectacular. We did a fantastic hammam that I would do again. The guy who treated me, I think his name was Muhammad, was exceptionally good and professional. The grounds were wonderful. We had one of the free-standing roooms near the pool, 72, and it was amazing.

DislikedThe sitdown restaurants are pricey for Marrakesh, with NYC-level prices. The best one is the lunch place next to the pool, but overall the food quality is unexceptional.

LikedThe property was clean close to M avenue and most of the restaurant for night dinning .

LikedI cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was pure heaven for our family of 6.

DislikedI think they did an incredible job.

LikedI had a truly wonderful and pleasant stay at the Four Seasons Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire staff was exceptional — incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The property itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, elegant rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect escape. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. Special thanks to the amazing team who made me feel so well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech — it truly lives up to the Four Seasons name.

DislikedThey were doing maintenance and it was kinda noisy in the morning
