LikedNearly everything was good, the staff are kind to me and my regular guest and the note saying "welcome back" was sweet.
DislikedThe pillow are not good for me, too soft, even with two it feels a bit unsubstantial and they distort and don't hold their shape that well. This is not a major, but better pillows would make the bed experience notably better and make sleep in a strange bed easier.

LikedExcellent stay with superb service and attentiveness from the staff. Great restaurant & coffee seals the deal. We have rebooked for same time next year. High comfort levels and ease of use make this a definitive CBD stay for us.

LikedEverything, it was beautiful. We were upgraded and all the expected touches of a top class hotel had been thoughtfully provided.
DislikedThe only issue I had, which is not the fault of the hotel, was the 4 blue lights on the fridge which reflected through the room and.disturb sleep. However I did manage to block them by placing my towel to hang over them

LikedThe Legacy Airdale Hotel Auckland was a clean, comfortable hotel in the city center in Auckland. The bed was comfortable, the room was very quiet and the location was right in the city and walkable to restaurants, the waterfront and the Sky Tower. It was a great place to stay in Auckland.
