Azur Lodge

LikedI loved absolutely everything about Azur, a score of 10 is not enough. I don't have the words to explain how exceptionally beautiful this place is. We were treated above and beyond anything I ever expected. Every single staff member made us feel like we were the only people there, it felt like they were there just for us, they felt like family. They could not do enough for us I have never experienced anything like our stay with Azur. The View was Spectacular the breakfasts were perfect, I can not say enough on how great this place is but it is the staff that make it that much more special.

Disliked- in house dinner options for in room dining would've been great

LikedPeaceful mountaintop location away from the bustle of the waterfront but close enough to enjoy restaurants and shops. Fantastic views!

DislikedIt would have been nice to have dinner options at the hotel so you don’t have to leave the peace and quiet.

LikedThe staff are exceptional - attentive, genuine and will go out of their way to make your stay special. And the villas are large, well appointed, modern but cozy and have all the amenities you could want or need.

DislikedThe overall property level amenities are lacking. But the views and access to hiking and such didn’t leave you wanting for an onsite gym or spa (which I understand is available, just off property).

LikedI loved everything about this property excellent service from every person I dealt with, spacious cozy rooms, wonderful views, in a quiet area of Queenstown, they have a complimentary transfer service to and from the town so no need to worry about transportation or parking. Highly recommend.
