LikedAbsolutely amazing property and the loveliest staff/people. Baby alpacas, river, spa, pool, room, shower, balcony. 15/10. So incredibly peaceful. Bonus that the luxury train to Machu Picchu is right there as well.

LikedA beautiful and peaceful property in the Sacred Valley with stunning gardens and nature all around. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the service felt very genuine. Waking up to birdsong and seeing the llamas on the grounds made our stay truly special.
DislikedIt is honestly difficult to find anything that could be improved. Perhaps a small suggestion would be to reduce light from electronic devices in the rooms. For example, the light from alarm clocks, heaters, or small blinking lights from safety sensors could be slightly dimmed or covered to make the rooms even darker at night. However, this is truly a very minor detail in an otherwise outstanding overall experience.
LikedEverything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The location was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure we had a great time. I planned an engagement at the hotel and they put me in touch with Alejandro who did everything to make sure it went perfectly, which it did. I'm so thankful to him and his team for making it so special.
DislikedThe pool was closed for maintenance when we were there but the spa was made available to us which was really nice so this was not a problem for us.
LikedBrilliant, healthy hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff always going the extra mile. When we went out for the day and got back to our room we found a special restorative drink waiting for us. Such kind touches every day. Make sure to book the spa its free and you have it privately. In the jakuzzi under the stars was just fantastic and so relaxing.
