LikedThe staff who took care of me during check was amazing.. I was so tired from my 24 hrs duty from the hospital but my room was still not ready way past 3pm. She expedited preparation but then she upgraded me to a higher tier room.. The room was amazing! Huge and beautiful! My friends and I were able to rest and freshen up before the Sony Beyond the Beat event. I had an awesome sleep and I even had a great time trying out the jacuzzi.

LikedI love that they give us a complimentary gift for my mother's birthday. I also like the luggage service, which helps us roam around Okada before our check-in time. We also enjoy the jacuzzi in our room.
DislikedThe deposit amount is expensive. They require us to deposit 5,000 pesos on top of our room rate, which is already very expensive. There's a miscommunication with the bath bubble request too, but the staff are very accommodating and did not chardge us anymore.
