LikedThe hotel exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade for a birthday celebration, which made the stay feel extra special. The room was spacious, elegant, and had an amazing bay view. Staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and the relaxing atmosphere of the property. Everything felt luxurious and well-maintained.
DislikedThe stay was overall excellent. The only minor downside was that some areas could get a bit busy during peak hours, but it didn’t take away from the experience.
