Santiago de Alfama - Boutique Hotel

LikedThe staff was perhaps the most helpful hotel staff I have experienced. We got concierge help proactively before we arrived. There were beverages upon arrival. The room was ready when we arrived early. The front desk team gave us detailed directions and a map, before helping to carry bags to the room and show us the room. When we left, the gentleman at the front desk absolutely insisted, in a nice way of course, that he help with our bags to the car. Beyond the staff, the location was very nice and quiet, the A/C turned out to be the best on our trip, and the shower was amazing. This hotel is not directly in the main tourist path, which is great, but is very close to everything. We would stay here again without hestation.

LikedI'm absolutely obsessed with this boutique hotel. From the moment we check in (with a special treat for our anniversary) to the amazing room (we were in room 303 and I think it was one of the prettiest rooms I've ever woken up in), we loved every detail. We had amazing breakfasts at the five hotels we stay in over 16 days in Portugal, but the breakfast here was my very favorite. It was absolutely delicious (we had benedicts and scrumptious pastries). Everything about this hotel screams small luxury hotel - it was perfect. I would come back to Lisbon just to stay here again!

LikedBeautiful quiet spot in the Alfalma district. The mixology was past perfection, the staff was some of the nicest people I have ever met, and their restaurant.. to die for!! I hope to visit again someday.
