Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at Sharq Village & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, and the service was truly exceptional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Marouane, the Manager on Duty. He was extremely helpful, highly professional, and genuinely caring. He made sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Diana from Guest Relations for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent support. Both Mr. Marouane and Ms. Diana are outstanding representatives of the hotel. Their exceptional hospitality made our experience truly special. I highly recommend Sharq Village & Spa and look forward to staying there again.

LikedBeautiful hotel with great location. Rooms are very big and tastefully decorated. You actually feel like you're in the middle east! The breakfast was AMAZING. The staff absolutely wonderful.

DislikedThe kids club is quite small - just a room (no windows) with some games. But its ok. The beach water was very hot but that has to do with the weather...nothing the hotel could do about it in August!

LikedThe staff was exceptional, and I truly loved every interaction with them. From the moment I walked through the entrance until check-out, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and engaging. They made my entire stay so much more enjoyable, fun, and memorable! The food was also fantastic, and breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. I had requested a quiet room away from families with children, and the team took my request seriously. They made sure I had the peaceful and private experience I was looking for by placing me in a secluded villa, which I truly appreciated. A big thank you to Agustina, Bandar, Naomi, Ahmed, Mahmoud, and all the other amazing staff members whose names I may have missed. You all made my stay truly special!

DislikedThe spa, particularly the massage rooms, could use some improvement. The massage bed was positioned directly in front of the air conditioner, which was quite uncomfortable and contradicted the relaxing, healing experience I expected. Additionally, the therapist would benefit from further training in both massage techniques and customer service to provide a more professional and attentive experience.
