LikedThis hotel gives you a cozy vibe .. in terms of the architecture and the design of the room .. the size of the room is very comfortable … the view is magnificent . Moreover , the staff will always be available and ready to help and will always be polite . Special thanks to the receptionists and the house keeping . In conclusion , One of the good places to celebrate any special events in terms of space , amenities and view .

LikedThe heated swimming pool in the villa was excellent and truly one of the highlights of our stay.
DislikedFirst, it was quite surprising that the villa did not have any cups for coffee or tea at all! something very basic that should always be available. Secondly, the biggest inconvenience was the procedure at the villas gate. Every single time we entered or exited, the security team had to check our identities and call reception to confirm our stay. This process took several minutes each time and became frustrating, especially over a short 2-night stay. While we understand the importance of security, there should definitely be a more efficient and guest-friendly system in place, such as a car sticker or pre-registered access to avoid repeated delays. In addition, there was a noticeable issue with mosquitoes around the villa, we were constantly being bitten. Another disappointing point was the breakfast arrangement. Despite booking a 2-bedroom villa, breakfast was provided for only 2 persons, while such accommodation typically caters for at least 4 guests. This felt inconsistent with the overall offering.

LikedMe and my girlfriend visited the Chedi in Katara Village for the first time. We had a great stay - a special thank you to Koyel, Munna, Yacine and Mangesh for making our trip truly unique. The hotel has great facilities, the breakfast was outstanding and the atmosphere is truly relaxing and welcoming. We are very much looking forward returning to this special place very soon!
LikedI had an amazing stay at The Chedi Katara. The hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly clean. Shaima was so kind and helpful, and she made my experience even better. Alexandra also provided wonderful service and went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely come back again.
