LikedI had a pleasant stay during my business trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to manage my work schedule. The staff were professional and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

LikedThe hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our butler for Room 211 was especially amazing—very attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciated his excellent service and made our stay even more enjoyable.

LikedThe stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Waleed at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His warm welcome, attentiveness, and excellent service truly reflected the high standards expected from a Mandarin Oriental hotel.
DislikedHousekeeping could be more consistent, as some items such as teaspoons and tea bags were occasionally not replenished. Also, the price felt a little high for the overall value.

LikedEverything! The staff surprised us with a wonderful anniversary celebration, which we really appreciated. The room service was also so smooth and fast. Definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Riyadh!

DislikedSo their rooms AC is not robust for Riyadh summer. They had to move me around mid-night after my room AC was just not pulling through.
LikedWe liked how it’s super clean and calm, the staff were extremely friendly, fast, and accommodates all our needs in this short trip. We loved the ladies only spa which included a large swimming pool i wish its the same in doha. Even in times the hotel is crowded the service is still fast. Shoutout to wasan receptionist that made our stay even easier, and all the saudi staff ,
DislikedThe only thing. I didn’t like is the large space from the elevators to the ladies spa. But overall the property is perfect and highly recommended.
