LikedEverything was excellent👍🏼The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also loved the spa—it was relaxing and beautifully maintained. And I have to mention their Turkish Club Sandwich… it’s so delicious that I would come back just for it! 😋
DislikedThe only small disappointment was that, despite booking three rooms for around SAR 7,500, there was no room upgrade or even a small welcome gesture. It would have made the experience feel even more special. Other than that, everything was excellent 👌

LikedEverything was wonderful, from the location and cleanliness to the staff. Special thanks to Ms. Nouf for her support during check-in and check-out, assigning us a beautiful room, and being extremely helpful. This was our first visit, and it will definitely not be the last.

LikedHotel location , facilities and room / bathroom size and amenities were outstanding / excellent . Hotel staff were extremely supportive and helpful .
DislikedI booked by mistake the same two rooms twice (the time and category) , although the booking was non refundable , however , I requested both to humbly reconsider the non refundable and cancel the second booking but my genuine justification was rejected which was made me extremely disappointed and thinking not to stay again . I think there was too many ways to mitigate the impact on my self .
