LikedCertainly the privileged position, as the resort is located on a private island completely dedicated to it. Breathtaking view and furnishings integrated with the nature of the place, classic of the six senses. Certainly what made our stay a “charm” was Daniel, a golden boy who does 90% of the work of all the others. If he didn’t exist, they would have to invent him.

DislikedThere was a big problem during the booking and the whole organization of the trip via email. So much so that Justin cancelled our booking from booking website . I called and they told me not to worry but in the meantime the booking was cancelled... so the reception staff was absolutely poor. I extended my stay, for this reason I only have a 2 day booking but I stayed a week in total.

LikedEverything is beyond beautiful, the villa was so spacious and gorgeous, the food was also very nice and they have plenty of options, loved the different areas around the main swimming pool, the beaches around the island are stunning, the staff was so lovely and attentive, everything about this place is just absolutely fantastic

LikedC'est évidemment un lieu magique, hors du temps, sur une île privée avec des accommodations de très hauts standings.

DislikedCe sont des petits détails mais qui naturellement font tâche lorsqu'on propose ce niveau de standing : nous avons chacun commandé un homard lors du diner - l'un des deux était complètement surcuit, un nid de guêpes était présent dans le toit de la terrasse ce qui fait que nous n'avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine de la villa. Malgré ces points remontés, aucun geste n'a été fait de la part du staff. Par ailleurs, pour vous rendre sur l'île, sachez qu'il n'est possible de s'y rendre uniquement par hélicoptère ou par bateau (pour un prix de 600€ aller retour).

LikedL'île Félicité, la chambre, la vue depuis la chambre, les plages sont magnifiques. Le personnel est très attentif, disponible et chaleureux. Les repas sont excellents. Tout est fait pour que nous puissions nous reposer et lâcher prise au maximum.
