LikedThe hotel staff met us to accompany us to the hotel. We were provided refreshments during check in. The room had a large balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom was amazing with a huge shower (Roman Key Room). The staff was amazing and so attentive. Old Town Ljubljana was so peaceful and picturesque. The hotel is fully remodeled and well located.

LikedThe location is perfect for exploring Ljubljana on foot or meeting tours to explore Slovenia. The room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was spectacular. Every single member of staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The Spa is great and I highly recommend dinner at their restaurant.
LikedThe hotel is in a perfect location . It’s in an old building but the inside is warm and contemporary. The staff is wonderful , very professional and extremely helpful . They provided us recommendations for restaurants which were all excellent and support for which sights to visit . The breakfast each day was a highlight as Marco the server was funny , efficient and took great care of each of the guests . One of the best hotels we’ve stayed !!! Couldn’t recommend more

LikedLoved this hotel, right by a huge swimming beach and 10 minutes from the center of town. The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Plus, we were away from the cruise and bus crowds.
LikedBeautiful hotel with the most incredible staff. This was our 7th stop in a Europe trip and it was hands down our favorite. Hotel design is upscale but not fussy. Staff treat you like family and like that you’re the only guest. Food to die for. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. We had an early flight out and had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am in the rain. They had a wonderful driver waiting and walked us to the car in the rain and they had a packed lunch ready for us to take for our travel day. Attention to detail is superb.
