“Wedding night stay”
LikedEVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. THE TEAM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR WEDDING NIGHT SPECIAL, EVEN ALLOWING US TO TAKE PHOTOS AND CONGRATULATING US.
DislikedWe wouldve liked a selection of pillows to choose from. The standard pillows were too soft
LikedThe service, the ambience, the food, the Moscow Mule. All perfect.
DislikedThe room we had was a bit musty like it needed to be aired. Everything else was great.
“Tranquil, sensory delight & great service.”
LikedQuality service, the ambience, the music, the interiors, absolutely stunning 👌🏾
DislikedI was a bit disappointed with some of the food being too salty.

LikedThey make the best short rib in the world! Be sure to try it out and you’ll thank me later😉
DislikedThe phone service was bad and housekeeping was not promprompt in providing items requested
“The place is beautiful they just need to improve on the staff.”
LikedThe property and the rooms are very beautiful
DislikedThere was a poor communication between the staff. We had made prior bookings for spa however our slot kept on being postponed which messed up the weekends plans we had. They also don’t have variety of alcohol cause we ended up buying our own. The housekeeping was also very slow we had to request an iron and ironing board 3 times before we could get assistance. They also need to consider parking for the guests cause there is no covered parking.
