LikedThe staff - all of them. Everyone we encountered in the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I used to manage 5 star Leading Hotels and I can say without hesitation that the staff at the Arts are some of the bets in the World. I was very impressed. Such genuinely lovely people who care about making their guests feel valued and at home.
LikedThe property is gorgeous! Rooms are immaculate and clean. Spacious and top notch. The staff truly accommodating. Our cruise ended early morning and they gave us a waiting room to relax in until ours was ready.
DislikedThe gym was a bit small and not enough treadmills and ellipticals.
LikedEverything on the property was lovely, great location i felt that i saw the entirety of barcelona just from the window of my hotel room, great variety for breakfast, and Hugo at the front desk got us a great room upgrade that we really appreciated and made our stay in barcelona a much more memorable one

DislikedThe hotel was great. No complains about that. Had to shorten my stay because they moved the soccer game in Madrid up a day earlier and hotel would not waive my cancellation fee because of a third party booking 🤷🏻♂️
LikedOur stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona was truly exceptional. The service was A1A-flawless, attentive, and delivered with genuine warmth. Everything was handled with impeccable care, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Simply put, the service was beyond fabulous—absolutely perfect in every way. A five-star experience we will definitely repeat.

LikedThe concierge and staff, generally was exceptional. We loved the spacious and very comfortable room. The hotel was too crowded but this didn’t undermine the whole perception.
