LikedThis place is the definition of a hidden oasis. It's luxurious and staff is very attentive. We tried two restaurants on the property and both were above all expectations, from presentation to taste. It's the small things that make a big difference in the end. One example was the valet staff always making sure they leave a few cold water bottles in your car when bringing the car up.

DislikedThe food options were limited and was nothing extraordinary. We’ve had better food at some 4 star hotels. The bidet in our room was broken and we communicated that to the staff but received no follow up, not even to say that they are unable to fix it. Not 5 star service at all.

LikedThe hotel was sensational, without any exaggeration at all. From the time you arrive at the property you will receive “white glove” level of service. Pictures can’t do the views from this property justice, they are absolutely stunning. The restaurants on the property are phenomenal, be sure to make a reservation at ROKA when you check in (highly recommend the crème Brûlée). Additionally be sure to take advantage of the country clubs fitness classes that are free to you as a hotel guest (e.g., Pilates, Yoga, etc.)

LikedAbsolutely beautiful and unique resort, even better than the photos! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and both the breakfast and restaurants were excellent. We highly recommend Cap Vermell! The only downside was that the pools were not heated and were quite cold.
