“Relaxing resort and impeccable service.”
LikedImpeccable service. Excellence beach front location. Sunrise from the balcony was beyond beautiful. Room is well designed and comfortable.
“Very good hotel”
LikedThe view from the sea view room is unforgettable. Breakfast is very good (solid five-star standard). Lobby and valet staff are very attentive.
DislikedThe main issue (and it’s a significant one) is the complete lack of staff in the pool area. There were only two people responsible for a very large space, and they were unable to properly attend to the guests lounging in the sun — no menu, drinks, or towels were offered. I found this well below what one would expect from a hotel of this level, and I wasn’t the only one — a few other guests seemed just as surprised by the situation. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic.

LikedGreat place with very friendly and helpful staff. Being able to keep the room longer after checkout was highly appreciated. Great restaurants with unique ‚Riva‘ bar.

“Beautiful beach property with amazing amenities”
LikedBeautiful property with multiple restaurants and pools. Hotel’s beach was not swimmable, but we were able to walk to the cove next door and swim there instead. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the amenities included in our stay - the largest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, access to spa baths, aperitif/drink at happy hour, and ability to book a bali bed.
DislikedThis was our first time staying at a 5 star hotel and we were occasionally confused about how everything worked - we thought the staff could have been more helpful at times.

LikedBreakfast: phenomenal, view: excellent, staff: across the board phenomenal, Lucia was above and beyond (thank you for everything!), beach is not swimmable, but with the pool and the ameninites, is not an issue at all. Loved sitting by the pool and watching the waves crush into the rocks with beautiful city and sea views. The place is excellent.
DislikedHard to find anything that we did not like, we had an amazing stay and hotel AND staff were amazing.
