LikedThe rooms were of a high standard of finish, very clean, very comfortable, great amenities, great linens and towels.
DislikedThe public area right outside the hotel was a bit shabby. Needed some weeding and tidying up.

“A fantastic experience in Mallorca!”
LikedIt was a beautiful location right in the old city portion of Palma. The ocean views from the roof top bar were fantastic! The staff were incredible as were the amenities. The attention to detail was exceptional.

LikedThe property is in a great location, a small booty hotel that had outstanding service. The front of desk agents were extremely nice bent over backwards to resolve any issues and the Welcome when we arrived was brilliant.

“Perfect!”
LikedI was on a trip with my daughter. The staff was amazing at accommodating us with our request prior to arrival. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful the entire time. The restaurant, the food, the service was just perfect! We will return for sure!

LikedA first class hotel with an amazing and helpful staff. The location is perfect. The rooftop pool and restaurant is an added bonus.
DislikedYou should have a hand drawn map on how to get to the hotel due to the complexity of its location in the old city.
