LikedIt is a beautiful hotel with a very special atmosphere, very artistic, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa area was a real treat. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
DislikedThere were, however, a few things that could be improved. The water in the bathroom was slightly salty and had an unusual silky feeling. Also, while showering, every 15 seconds or so there was a sudden jet of very hot water for about a second, which was quite uncomfortable. Another thing we found surprisingly impractical was the lack of any clothes rack or suitable place to hang wet swimsuits. For a hotel on an island, especially one with a spa, this would be very useful. I understand that a drying rack may not be the most stylish item, but having wet clothes spread around the room or guests improvising different ways to hang them on the balcony is not particularly stylish either. Our room also faced the street, so it could be quite noisy at times, we could not leave the windows open.
